Each year our department hosts two large kick-off meetings for the academic year which typically attract approximately 300 – 450 people each.  This year, due to COVID19, we knew we had to find an alternative to meeting in-person.  Over the next three months we worked with UT Conferences to develop our programs using the OnAir platform, and we were so pleased with the results.  We were able to reach many more people than would have been possible with the live event; and in fact, far exceeded our normal attendance. The staff at UT Conferences worked tirelessly to meet our expectations and produced an event that we were proud to present with our branding.  I felt as though they were every bit as invested in seeing a quality, successful event as we were.   I highly recommend the OnAir portal and working with the staff at UT Conferences for all your event needs.  We look forward to using them again…even when the threat of COVID is behind us!
