Veterinary Medicine:
Behind-the-Scenes
(Grades 9-12, rising)

Conducted by a licensed veterinary technician with presentations by faculty and staff, students will learn about small and large animal practice, avian, exotic, and wildlife medicine. In addition, students will learn about animal behavior, anatomy, and how diseases are diagnosed, and much, much more! They will learn about the variety of roles a veterinarian can play, plus how to prepare for the many career choices in veterinary medicine. Coordinator: Janet Jones, College of Veterinary Medicine. Limit: 12 students.
